We’ve had a growing number of clients contact us to ask about the possibility of conducting sessions by phone.  This same request has also come from our current clients who have moved to other areas of Illinois but want to continue working with us.  

Phone sessions are a great way to fit counseling or life coaching services into a hectic schedule.  Whether you’re a Full-Time Parent or a Busy Professional, cutting out the travel time and arranging an appointment that fits your time constraints can be an effective way to improve your life satisfaction and stay energized.  

Our rates are affordable because there is little overhead associated with phone sessions.  You will be getting the same individualized attention that our clients receive in the office, this is not the “cookie cutter” approach that you might receive through a large phone counseling website.  Because we are professionals licensed in the state of Illinois, we are only able to provide sessions by phone to clients in Illinois.


The process for arranging a session is simple:  

• Click on the “Contact Us” Page and send an e-mail to your preferred therapist with several times and days that you would be available for a phone session.
• Our Therapist will send you an e-mail with our confidentiality/service agreement and to confirm a date/time for the session.
• Simply e-mail back the documents and then you can pay in advance for the session through our “Pay On-line” page.
• Once the payment has been confirmed and documents received, our Therapist will contact you at the agreed upon time.
• Future sessions can be arranged by phone or e-mail.
