Check in with your health insurance provider for specifics on number of sessions allowed, co-payments, and other limitations.

Some clients may choose to pay privately rather than use available medical insurance. This is a way to ensure privacy regarding mental health information, which could be accessed by other insurance companies through a clearinghouse arrangement.
